Description
A radio book group. Speaking Volumes is Audio Journal’s book discussion program, bringing the enjoyable experience of a book group into listeners’ homes. Volunteers discuss the book in the studio, and listeners can call in with their comments and be part of the group. All books chosen are recorded by the Library of Congress on digital cartridge and are available through Perkins Braille and Talking Book Library and Worcester Talking Book Library. Books are chosen at least four months in advance to give time for listens to reserve their copies. The numbers to call to take part in the program are: 508-752-0557 or 508-373-2343.
