Audio Journal, Central Massachusetts’ radio reading service for individuals who are visually or print impaired, resumed weekly broadcasts of Vocero Hispano Newspaper, Massachusetts Spanish language newspaper, beginning June 24, 2021.
Audio Journal is fortunate to have two volunteers reading this local Spanish newspaper. Prior to the start of the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, Audio Journal broadcast the readings weekly. While restrictions were in place, and safety was paramount, one of those volunteers recorded the program at home for later broadcast. The program aired the first Friday of each month at 3 p.m. Now with readers being able to return to the studios, the program will air every Friday at 3 p.m.
